Cauliflower-Peanut-Butter
My first experiment with the Thermomix.
Cauliflower
Sweet Cream Butter like Lescure.
Super high quality Roasted Peanut Oil.
Iota Carrageenan
Cream
Basically heat the cream in the thermomix
Add the cauliflower and steam till soft
Puree at highest speed.
Add Butter, Oil and Iota in that order.
Adjust with salt and sugar.
Cool in an ice bath till thickened.
