While referring to soups as "cappucinos" is probably old school and lame, chestnut soup actually tastes good with the transferred foam from an actual cappucino. The sweetness of chestnuts with a hint of smokey hammy flavors pairs well with the bitter complexity of the coffee.

Chestnut.
