Fall is upon us with roots in all their glory. Composing a plate of properly cooked root vegetables makes us rethink just how complex a dish should be. Carrots, Beets and Radishes cooked separately and dressed with Hazelnut oil and Moscatel Vinegar. A sweet tang that still lets the flavors shine through.

































And black pepper? Wonderful rainbow from the earth.
