By the way another reason you should pay close attention to your ingredients, I am about to make a better large batch of miso-de-leche and decided to spring up $$$$ for super high quality miso, while this is an excellent brand I have used in the past I noticed something odd when I got back to my kitchen. What is wrong with this picture.

Correct.
Labels reversed except you would not realize unless you buy both but I noticed it at the store.

Thanks for posting the Miso ideas, I just got a 750gm packet that I need to use up in some way, this seems to be a perfect way of doing it.
