Tremendous food, I quite enjoyed it. Reminded me very much of VERNON MORALES who was the best chef in the city when he was working in Philadelphia. We could use a restaurant like this in Philly.

A month or two ago, I visited and was somewhat disapointed.
Not in terms of creativity, but in execution. However I have been hearing so many positive things about Aldea lately, perhaps it would ony be fair to give the cooks another shot.
After all, I could have just visited on an off night.
